Shipping & Delivery Policy
We offer software that is downloaded and does not require shipment. We cannot guarantee the time of product delivery for other services because it varies from one product/service to the next. Orders for software downloads will be completed after the customer receives a separate email confirmation. The email with the software download links will also include instructions on how to complete the download.
Some purchases may necessitate the issuance of a license key. We'll contact you to obtain information about the host ID of the computer for which the license key should be generated. Your license key will be generated and emailed to you as soon as we get this information from you.
Users who desire to request a refund must do so within 7-10 days of the purchase date.
Using Securehidefolder Contact Us form, you can request a refund for your purchased product. As soon as our customer service department gets your refund request, it will contact you at the email address you provided.
Our experts will examine the product for which you are requesting a refund. Once we've completed this procedure, we'll let you know if your request qualifies for a refund. Within 5-7 business days, you will get your return reimbursement.
There are no returns on special offers or discounted programs.
Refunds are not available for non-renewable plans.
